IM Calling Privacy Policy

IM Calling respects and protects all personal privacy of users ("users" or "you") that use IM Calling Service ("Service" or "Services"). IM Calling Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") specifies and describes policies and procedures for the IM Calling collection, use and disclosure of personal privacy.

This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the IM Calling Terms of Service and is deemed to be a consent to be bound by all services that offered by IM Calling application. It explains how users information are collected, used and disclosed by IM Calling with respect to your access to and use of our services through our mobile applications.

  • “You” refers to you, as a user of IM Calling Service;

  • "Subscription" refers to in-app purchases offered by IM Calling

2. Information You Provide

  • 2.1 Personal Information

    You will provide your Personal Information to us from the following aspects: Information that is displayed when send product feedback

    • * Your user name and Email addresses

    • * Signature information included when sending feedback with e-mail, such as cellphone number, company information etc

    • * Some information that may ask from you in order to solve your problem, like cellphone brand, system etc

    These are just for offering users best customer service and we will not disclosure or otherwise transfer your information to the third parties for any purposes without your permission.

    Except for personal information that are needed for normal use of the application and its service, we do not ask for any sensitive information from our users, so please make sure that you will not send us or disclose any sensitive information such as information related to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or other beliefs, health information, criminal background or membership of past organizations etc.

    You will allow us to access network state, contact album, notifications, in order to get better service.

    When users interact with our app, we may collect non-personally identifiable information related to the user. Non-personally identifiable information includes device model, application installation information, operating system version, and other similar information.

We are not responsible for any acts of third party to circumvent our security measures.

We reserve the right to make changes and changes to this Privacy Policy at any time.

Any information that is collected is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is collected. We may, however, modify and revise our Privacy Policy from time-to-time.
